- Psoriasis- more than 10% of body surface or 10 handprints of area- 1 oral agent also accepting subjects
- Cutaneous Lupus- Injectable medication- active skin disease with or without systemic lupus symptoms
- Urticaria (Hives)- 2 studies open, 1 oral and 1 injectable- for spontaneous hives not responding to at least 1 oral antihistamine
- Prurigo nodularis (picker's bumps)- oral agent - must have at least 20 active spots distributed on more than 1 body region
